350D Canon - Charging Sail
Submitted by big john on Tue, 2009-10-27 21:45
Sail sequence from few years back on the old tinnie.
350D was set on action mode with data recorded on a 2gb ultra II card. Frame speed was about 3 frames per second and I only stopped shooting when the fish was about to hit the boat.

next shot
Looks like the next shot would be it sitting in the boat.
Got my new 50d today, can't wait to get out there and into the billfish this summer. OH YES. Nice pics BJ.

Great sequence BJ
The obvious question is, did it hit the boat?

Wrong
The right bait on the wrong setup Mitch. :)
A small gardie floated out on single strand wire for macks in a berley trail. Pays to have your anchor setup with a float on the end so you can chase these things at the drop of a hat (or the mark of a waypoint).;)

Wicked sequence John.
Awesome colours on the sail aswell...
Spose camera's like this are a must have for these kind of sequences, will have to look into them in the not too distant future!

Yeah right?
Thought it was a bit strange you using wire for Sails and a game rod for a floater. China...China....
