Broome fishing advice needed
Submitted by ricey on Wed, 2014-10-01 17:42
Hi all,
I am off to Broome for the weekend, have a charter sorted on the Sunday, but have a later arvo free on Friday and Saturday morning. I am flying so have to keep gear down.
Any tips? I know tides are an issue but there for a wedding and so times not negotiable.
Keen on the jetty, any tips? what setup and rigs do you recommend. I only have a standard hire care available.
I tried search function, any other advice would be super.
Any Broome local free to accompany me, more than happy to reward with a carton or whatever.
Neap tides I think will help me a little, and low winds cannot be bad either.
thanks for any help.

When I fished the jetty
When I fished the jetty maribu jigs were the go, worked them like a soft plastic, hit bottom and lift and wind as well as flat out retrieve, was only getting queenies and goldens though
