i am intrested 2 know, what is every1's favorite seafood ? i know most people love all seafood, but if you had to pick 1, what would it be. fish ie, dhu, pinky, baldie, red emp, salmon, shark, barramudi harpuka, bass, blue eye, etc etc or
prawns, crabs, calammari, scallops, oysters, mussells, octopus etc etc or
lobster,marron etc etc.
4 me, i love all seafood but if i had to pick 1 it would be crabs ( fresh blue manners ) cant beat a fresh feed of big blueys....

pants down, by far the sweetest, juiciest, tastiest seafood meat going. Pity they are few n far between. Second to that, Swan River Blue swimmer/manor crabs.

Too hard to choose - different times.... Fresh crays for lunch on the barbie or boiled blues in the middle of the night after a dive....both bloody awesome

For me its fresh crayfish straight out of
the water, cooked, cooled then eaten with a nice salad, Bob's favourite above everything else would be blue manna crabs straight out the water, steamed, cooled then newspaper is put on the kitchen table, bowl of vinegar, fresh bread & into the mouth they go.

Cooked on a barbie with garlic butter, mmmm tasty. Worth putting a dam on your property just to breed em if you could. Can't do that with too many seafood...
