Fishing around Rocko tommorrow

Hi Guys,
I have a rest day tomorrow after 3 weeks of overtime and am looking to get out in my boat for a fish - where do I go with this 20knot SE that seabreeze is predicting, and what can I fish for in the demersal ban, ant good spots up for grabs?

caught KG whiting off the jetski out from palm beach jetty last week. Try the big patches of sand in the middle of all the weed halfway out to Garden Island. We used squid tentacles that we caught that morning. Also caught herring and a juvi sambo trolling plastics around the big bridge pylons
