Hey just thought id introduce myself my names Matt just joined the site recently.
Im a mad keen fisherman who fishes as much as possible i do all nighters every weekend all over the place
and would like to meet some new faces to fish with and pick up some more knowledge.
I fish the river alot all over and i fish freo area alot hope to meet up and have a fish with some of you soon.

If you fill in your details of where you live, age , fishing preferences etc others will be more forthcoming with advice and possibly invites on trips be it boat or land based.

i fish freo area pretty often to, recently been going to north mole, where abouts freo do you normally go?

Hey next time i go ill pm you and i normally fish north mole to lol if thats to blowie i just go to a shed and catch rays lol been actually getting a few snook around there lately too.
also just having alot of trouble getting things in i had 5 bust offs with massive head shakes within 45 mins and i had steel trace to and 50lb braid but my sinker runs my whole line so i think its snagging me up time for a rethink on my rig

never caught snook are they any good to eat? last time i went to e shed my dad caught a massive octopus! lol and a star fish haha
that must have been a massive shark, maybe a paternoster rig, or have something like a snapper rig, i now alot of guys that go for rays and sharks use a pyramid sinker rig, the one with a 3 way swivel, the hooks on the bottom one and weight coming out from the side, size 3/4 weight, pretty sure thats what most people use i could be wrong. hope that helps, i suppose trial and error is the best way ay.
yeh i might be going tomorrow night, hopefully it will be a bit windy.
is fremantle wharf e shed ? or is it some where else?
oh btw do you have any tips for catchin flatty off the beach or rocks?
