Jurien Bay/Sandy Cape fishing tips please?

 G'day all,

Heading up to Sandy Cape just past Jurien in the coming weeks and I'm still pretty green when it comes to fishing. I'm just chasing advice anyone can offer on what I can expect to catch (if I manage anything), what bait/rigs etc to use, and any general tips for fishing off the beach.

Cheers

Had a walk down the beach at the pont, (south end of Jurien ) the other night and a guy was getting tailor evey cast, plenty of herring & dart around too apparently

we were camping about 10kms north of sandy cape and there was lots of reef/weed around.i`d never tried it before from the beach but a small hook with a very small running sinker right to the hook and cast out a little bit of prawn and we were getting good sized yellow fin bream only 10 metres from the beach,
