Mercury 90 hp ELPT 4 stroke

Hi guys just wanted to find some info on outboard motors. I have found a 90 hp ELPT 4 stroke motor with 1800hrs for sale. Apparently it was an ex commercial  motor but well looked after and maintained. Compression is supposed to be good. Just wanna know what sort of compression figures should I be looking at as well as, is this motor worth a look ? it's a 2013.. Any advice would be most great fun as I am a novice and don't want to be caught out and should be collecting it on Saturday?

 Hey mate,

I had an ex commercial etec with 1600 hours on it, didn't miss a beat, but it's definitely having a look at a computer read out of the rev range and any faults that came up/when they were fixed. If 90% of the revs were at idle speed that's a much better thing than 90% at wot. Obviously resale is going to be pretty low, so just keep that in mind when you are putting an offer in.
