haha! got 3 tailors, threw one out for livey, then another fella had to come along and cast on the left of my rod and then stick his rod on the right side of mine. so he's had a lil run and we got all tangled up and my livey died and that's the end of my trip.

Was anyone at the Narrows last night, drove past the South side about 9pm and there was a few cars.

Just wondering if there was anything caught?

Cheers

taking a little flick rod bout 8pound or less outfit with 10g halco slice and casting towrds the pillar keeping your slice in the light from the bridge works really well for choppers and vary the retrieve jiging while winding or just a straight wind varying the pace. havent seen a sized one there yet,

bigger stuffs down mozzies tailor, scaly mackeral and bony herring and small yakka's(yellowtail). we all know what baitfish mean...

Just watch the Choppers as live bait

They still have to be legal. Up here often spanish flags etc end up as fillet bait, and I forgot one in the esky and got pulled up by fisheries. Luckily I meaured it and it was size but wasnt meant for the table but was going to be used as fillet bait. For that exact reason I dont use undersize flags etc for fillet bait, and prefer using Charlie Courts, which are in plague proportions up here.
