Perth winter fishing expectation <5Mile

Hi All
Looking to do some fishing no more than 5 Mile out from the Perth Coast. What species are common at this time of year? Would prefer to do some bait/soft plastic bottom fishing for Snapper, Dhu's etc. Is this doable this time of year? Any other info would also be appreciated.
Cheers

Sure is I regularly fish no more than 5 mile out. Have caught guides up to 18.5kg in the 5 fathom and pinks up to 10kg a well as all other demersals. Anchor and berley is usually best unless it's light winds

Hopefully it calms off this weekend. Low wind but still a little lumpy!
