Premade twin jig assists- suggested brands/ types?
Hey all
Just after some suggestions on some reasonably prices and reasonable quality pre made twin assists.
Would ideally be after some with not too thick cord and some tinsel/ flasher around the hooks. Not a big fan of the thicker single hooks premades that are around (usually used for high speed stuff id assume
Would be running them on 100-200gm slow action demersal jigs on both pe3 and pe5 set ups so am guessing something around the 4/0-5/0 size and approx. 80lb cord would cover both?
Have tried a few different make-my-own versions but have had various issues with them so looking for the lazy option but don't really want to pay stupid money for them, as they don't usually last too long up here anyway!

have you tried making them yourself using the instructions that are posted in everything jigging, there is a permanent thread at the top.
I've made my own from this with good success.
My spots are so secret even the fish don't know about them !

Jigging assists
From what ive found Jigging Sports Assists are by far the best in terms of quality but they will get expensive.
The sticky thread in everything jigging as mentioned above is certianly worth a look if you want to put the time into making your own.

Iv been getting
Iv been getting www.abrolhostackle.com.au to pre tie and squids my assists. Been getting them in packs of 10 cause of the mackys up north. Quality hooks and fast delivery
