Sulfur, harding rock??

Hey guys, have seen in fishin book sulfur and harding rock just in front of garden island, heard u catch snapper there, went to sulfur rock once before and it looked fairly close to the island and not very fishy, just wondering what u catch there, if anything,
Would be much appreciated,

YEP YOU DO GET SNAPPER THERE
plus herring tailor yellowtail skippy mulloway even got some sharks there
