I caught the other day spewed up a big whole occy like it just inhaled it not a tentacle missing and fresh as so I cut a chunk of put it on my hook , caught me my second ever Dhu from the regurgitated bait from my first , happy days ..

The big boy we caught at Xmas had an eel about two foot long folded up in it's guts but still swallowed a big mulie.

Never cut n strip occy john just lazy but it doesn't seem to matter. Whole wrasse great bait 4 big dhu and as stated above whole small flathead on bottom set of hooks go well to.
