I think it was about 12 tailor and just the flatty that night.. But did have a small run on the big rod.

Was cooked about 3 hours later to feed four (first time i'd ever had flatty too!)

I still think they're better of to be released and grow bigger

I dont really like eating tailor unless they are 35cm+ as i feel guilty, they have tiny teefies and are too cute for the table. Bait will do them just fine

nice job james. hahah too cute for the table :P im also having flatty for dinner..... forgot i had one in the freezer from a couple of weeks back. dunno how itl taste, but i hope good. :) waddya reckon the weight on him was? my flatty that night was around a kilo, maybe a bit less if i can remember? and it was only 40cm
