Baldie on 2kg

One of the baldies caught one morning at the Abrolhos while we were anchored up. 4lb outfit did the damage.

nice fish on 4lb my brother
nice fish on 4lb my brother caught 2 consecutive baldys similar size to that one on a small searock jig while we were anchored up at the abrolhos as well he was using 10lb good fun :)

Quality fish for the kg of line, would have expected to loose a fair bit of gear before landing one.

yep solid fish for light gear. Mind you they are like blowies up there so if you have the paitence to keep re-rigging you'll get one eventually.

Pelsaert and Easter. Best fishing we had was the first arvo around the bottom of Pelsaert, but this Baldie was caught anchored in the middle of Easter.
