Break calipers

Break calipers

Doing the old trailer maintenance again befor a run down south. The hydrastar breaks on my trailer have never been that great. Done this type of service befor but this time I think I'll get the calipers rebuilt. In an effort too  stop a grabbing problem .  The breaks come on ok but don't release enuff. I think the seals are shot.  Anyone recommend me somebody. I'm in the freo area. Thanks.

Been through the same process a few years ago. Depending on the brand you have i just replaced them with new ones at about $80 each for the Alko brand

Alko calipers

Cheers boutime. Probably a better option then a rebuild. Where did you get them from? Did you have any problems with the thickness of the new break pads getting over the disc?
