I've used some of the demon jigs, and found them good. Very versatile, I've used them for high speed trolling as well and caught wahoo on them. One of their heavier jigs I have is designed to be used in conjunction with swim baits like wolf herring or split tail mullet....i reckon it will be dynamite on big dogtooth or macks. I thought that photo might be put to good use. As planned, the new 10/0 assist hooks will be the perfect stinger hooks on those larger jigs. Should not be far off your door step either. At the bottom of the box you will also find a 200 lb test spinner blade clip rig. Snap it on the top of you Big Banger jigs or Head Hunter Lures if you want to add more flash and vibration to your jigging action or drag them around on the troll. Doggies and wahoo especially like them. Watch the hooks in those bigger jigs. They are razor sharp.

Stinger hook is just another hook on the jig. It can sit lower or higher but is aimed at increasing the chance of hookup.
