Same as a Coral trout, which it is. It is even the exzct genetics of a trout whos name slips me but those have more normal colours, but the same Latin name.
Ie very nice on the tooth. Hell yeh.

I thought they do occur at the Montes and even up and down the coast, just rare as "rocking horse shit"
