Woke late and couldnt get the boy out of bed so headed out from Bunbury 20kms and only caught a couple of Gurnets .My son started to feel sick so took pity on him and headed back into about 10kms and drifted over a patch of ground that I had dived on a couple of years back just got a small Black ass and on the second drift caught this Dhufish.Promised my son if I caught any thing decent that we would head back in. So he got his wish and I was pretty happy with catching a fish.

Nice little Dhuie CB. Were you NW of town towards Binningup? There is some good patches of ground up that way.

Talking to one of the blokes up at work and he got 3 nice pinkies on the same day out about 16 kms. Just waiting for this bit of rough weather to pass and i will give them a hit over the week-end or early next week.

Great reel for the price the only problems I've had is that the pins holding the piece that goes into the reel seat fall out or go inside the reel, taken it to oceanside 3 times

19 mts deep out there,reef is about 6ft high and runs north /south
