Caught 2 months ago on the flats. Two of them chased the lure. Was pretty suprised to see no just one but two.

Giant Herring are more common than people think, normally around March-May.....warm sandflats

I have caught them as far up as Pinjarra in the Murray River.  Also had some spectacular bust-offs in Walpole on big GH!
