Not surprised

Took a run up passed Quobba this arvo and the potholes are savage with nil warning. Some would have to be a foot or more deep.

Only went about 5km north of the homestead and that was far enough for me to go with out any reason

Hey Carnarvonite, Do you know who is meant to maintain those tracks? Is it up to station owners?Or is part of it crown land?

Shire council

Not 100% sure but think its the shire council.

Did a trip up there many years back and it was the shire blokes and grader reforming the track after where it veers away from the coast north of Quobba homestaed.

Might have to fill in one of their action forms then lol. We get them down here from time to time asking if you've seen something requiring council work.

It probably doesn't help anyone, but i'm sure the shire have more pressing matters at this stage.

grader

there was a grader working the track before the rain in may . 8mm at 3 mile 40mm at quobba one arfternoon/evening .

one or two rain events and it takes only one car to chew the track to bits.
