This is just a wild stab in the dark, but judging by the blue bones, i would go Bluebone or baldy?

Bloody good eating. I cheated though cought it at sealanes. Fished for 4-6 hours today for whiting and tailor but only got a stingray on the big rod & not sure how to cook them or if it is legal to keep or even if they tast good didn't want to kill it for nothing!
