that is a sphyraena jello, the military seapike i think is the sommon name? for that species its a horse. i was impressed by its blistering run on a GT drag. it felt like i was winding in a pencil all the way to the boat, then it woke up, scorched off and had me calling it for a mackie. they go when they want to i think.
Yeh im not sure where cone bay is but koolan is near talbot bay(huge fingermark)and not to far away from montgomrey reef (huge gt's)and you can see cockatoo island from koolan also.
