Are they that good eating, well your not allowed to release them anyhow? Do they eat well after being frozen.

yer there good they dont have that real fishey taste some fish have. really white flakey flesh but not as good after being frozen.

i would eat them fresh, worth a try if you havent had them before.

make sure you keep a big one as you dont get a very big fillet off them and make sure you skin them.

We used to just gut and gill them then straight into the smoker with apple tree leaves and a bit of brown sugar sprinkled over the top of them. Once done pull the skin off and hoe in!!

i just use small hard bodies, spinners or soft plastics. anything realy we have prity much caught them on everything and anything.
