No snapper but 2nd best

Perfect conditions out yesterday couldn't tempt a snapper so settled for a bag of sandies. Hour filleting later not a bad feed

Great taste
Whiting have a great sweet taste and I rate them ahead of snapper actually, the only thing wrong with them is they take a bit of time filleting and making sure that no bones are left in the fillet. With snapper at least you don't have that problem with the large fillet and the large bones.
