I had an amazing day out on the water last thursday. Started out taking full advantage of the spring tides by chasing big queenies on soft plastics whilst waiting for the wind to drop. We were then able to get to the popping grounds where I landed this nice GT. This fish put up the hardest fight I am yet to experience whilst GT fishing and I'm pretty sure she is a PB.
Lure: WCP 180 Delambre in lilly (pretty sure thats the name of the colour)
Rod: Shimano GT special (complete with bush mechanic style guide)
Reel: Shimano Stella 18000
Line: 130lb Jerry Brown

Mullows we need to have beers asap mate. its been way too long. I'm not sure if the gopro got any cos when I took it off my head it was flat. not sure when it cut out yet. earlier in the day I faught a 1m+ queenie and the fish was going nuts with jumps and runs, took the gopro off and it was frozen. couldn't win with the filming that day haha
