never caught one out deep, only in close
This one swam up a fair way to hit a piece of squid drifted down.

Yeah we have probably caught about 10 or so over the last few years. All in close though

Special indeed? =o heard they are not too bad on the grinders but never get one big enough to test out! How big do they get though?

Biggest we have had in a different colour (more white) was close to 30cm, and we kept it to eat and was great.
They don't have alot of bones in them do they? Close to 30cm, thats a big one! Plenty of meat on that then.
