Tasty lunch

Got inspired by till's cooking photos the other night, thought it was a great idea.
So here's my spangled emp lunch. One in cornflour / cumin powder and crushed corriander seeds; the other in an onion and tomato reduction (that's my fancy title for it anyway 
).
