is that a threadie or one of those blue salmon? At that size i would think blue. Both look pretty similar  dont they?

Shizz there are many kinds of threadfin salmon, these include Northern Threadfin, Gunthers threadfin, blue-nose threadfin and the most popular giant/king threadfin.


This one here is most likely a northern threadfin... well that's what it looks like anyway.

Im pretty sure its a northern, what we get the most of here in Exxy. As for sizes, have seen a few bigger, but don't think they get much over the 40cm mark. Give a good account for themselves on 3kg line.
