Yessss!

Yessss!

Thought i'd lost my chance at getting a dollie this year at the FADs, but while bottom bashing someone called out dollie and we saw several green shapes swim in front of the boat. Lost the first on a placcy at the boat, but managed to pick up one on a small minnow next drift.

Barely legal, but hey, at least I got a dollie this season Laughing

With the huge growth rate of dollies that one must be in kindy still. Correct me if I am wrong but I think they are the fastest growing fish in the sea (or one of them).

Cheers

Yeah, pretty sure on that

Yeah, pretty sure on that crasny. A 1kg fish at the start of the season can be 6-7kg at the end. I think the max age is only about 5 years.

And, yep, the smaller pintail (though i do have a few other similarly sized minnows)

Tomorrow might be a tad soon, but I hope you prove me wrong as I can't wait to get into them as well.
