I think that might not be a trout but a coral cod.
One of the n/wet boys will know.

Would call it for a cronation trout. Doesn't look like a coral trout.

Coral cod, coranation cod or trout have a forked tail, like adam said yellow arch

Coral trout have a concave tail and the cod a convex they do look very similier though.
