Hi All,
I am selling my 100lt cooler because it takes up too much room on the
boat (read because I never catch enough fish to need 100lt and want to
get a 60ltr).

I think you will regret selling it. One day you will get that decent dhuie and it wont fit in a 60 lt.
I have a 160lt and 20kg dhuies just fit in it. Buy the time I fill mine with ice, bait containers, lunch containers, drinks/water bottles, 3 or 4 decent dhuies plus assorted bycatch fish its full.

there has been times we have taken out our 60 ltr and we should have taken our 90 ltr but thats fishing .with the 60 ltr carry a hessian bag on the boat for the big ones

This is what I take out as well
Its large enough to carry 2 1.5mtr Mackies or your bag limit of normal fish.
So If I ever do catch my monster Dhu or Mackie im covered

Esky Bags?
Hey! I'd forgotten about those! How good are they compared to a good esky? What's capacity and ease of use like? Could be a solution of a 'usefull 'kill' tank'!

Brilliant Mate
I first saw one in action on Bolts boat and was very impressed
1 bag of ice and chuck the fish in, doesn't leak and holds the ice for the whole day
It converted me instantly. The only reason I bought a 60ltr was so I have a live well on hand if needed, Other wise I wouldn't bother taking a normal esky at all (well maybe a small one for the coke)

Thanks Lindsay - yeah, we take a fair sized esky on board. Not too bad, but they do take up desk space. Will definately have to look into one of those when I'm (again) financial!
