My BIG W bargain today

Went into the local BIG W today and popped into the fishing section and found a couple of baskets with reduced stuff, this was the result of 10 minutes of "fishing" thru it, 32 packets of assorted squidgies, 3 scaler bags, a squidgie pack including dvd's 4 light tackle backs, a pkt of ezy rigs, 10 assorted packets of berkley grubs, 2 tazy devils, 3 small crawfish bream hardbodies, and 5 deep diver reidy lures 5m+, all up i added it up the full value of their prices that would have been $371.18, and i paid, wait for it>>>>
$25.92, now i think i got a super super super bargain there, now to go and start using some plastics for bream and stuff, dont bother me now losing a few to blowies

yeah all the above mentioned stuff was marked as 51 cents and the lady never put thru about 25 or so packets as a bonus, always worth a look in there colin when you go, they always have reduced fishing stuff

I dropped in on the way home to have a quick look, but you cleaned it out. Only thing left was a few crappy, no name brand hooks.
I normally do have a peak in there in a regular basis, but missed out this week.
Good on you for cracking a bargain.

The shop assistants were still in shock when I arrived there many hours later. They hadn't seen a shopper frenzy like it since the famous "granny" invasion of 1996 when there was a sale on doilies.

yeah i left all the hooks for you colin, those 2 trays you saw were full, then i left with 2 full bags
, to be honest not sure why as they still had the same softies on the shelf as normal price as well same size and color, not that im complaining, even the checkout chick asked me if there was more as her husbnd likes fishing, i said ummm noooo i got them all she said well why not, even she couldnt believe what i paid after it had the full price total up there
