Thats the way its going to have to be Salmo. Its too hard trying to organise everything on the day of the comp - especially prizes.

There have been a couple of people who have let us know they cant pay till the day due to being Overseas and things like that so we have made arrangements for them but for most other people it really shouldnt be that hard to get to one of the shops who are sponsoring the comp.

If anyone has a problem with paying fees please let me or Andy know ASAP.

Also if you are no longer going to enter let us know as well so we can take you off the list.

what about if your not in the north comp tomorrow you cant enter the south comp,

if we are going to fish 20+knot winds why should the others get to fish when the weather may be better and dont put an effort in to drive north but will expect us to drive south.

Same as last year Dennis. The 2 legs are run individually with the combined points counting to an overall total. So if you miss either leg it will be hard to get the overall title at all.

We had the same issue last year but it was a lot of NOR boats not wanting to travel south as they had no spots or it was too far.

If tomorrow is anything like today it will be comfortably fishable. Low swell at 2m max and the easterlies only give a small chop.

The weather gods could have provided better conditions but were still going ahead. Theres no strong wind warnings or anything of that nature and with the forecast of wind and swell dropping we should all be able to find somewhere to fish during the day.

As a reminder this is a social event and Fishwrecked.com, Sponsors and organisers arent responsible for your actions. Everyones should be aware that we arent playing for sheep stations here and the first priority should be Safety. All skipper and crew need to be accountable for their own actions and shouldnt be heading out in any conditions that they are not comfortable with.
