new bag limits

Can anyone tell 100% when the new bag and size limits come in ,or are they allready in .I know the closed fishing is 15 october but nobody seems to really know. i read the topic from the fisheries and it wasn't there or i missed it . heading out tommorrow ,don't want to break the rules and end up with a fine .

Current bag and size limits as per the Dec 2007 guide still apply until then.
At least that is how I read it.

Paul as Andy says it is enforced as of the 26/12 but keep in mind what "4" cat 1 fish means!

This includes not only the 5 species that are being protected by the GOVT but also the likes of queenies,sharks,blue groper,sambos,mulloway,mackies ect...ect!

IF IT SMELLS LIKE FISH IT MUST BE GOOD FOR YOU!
