banning myself!!!

well, as the title suggests, i am having a self imposed ban for a while..... to prevent myself from saying something to someone i may regret later (you know who you are).
i am disappointed in the way people can respond over certain things, thinking they are being abused when they were not, accusing me of saying things i did not, , disappointed that other people are becoming sensitive to any jokes and banter, and disappointed in myself for getting sucked into little mind games....and completely sickened when i see certain names logged in.....
so for me, no posting for at least a week, i will be online, and logged in, but not posting.... i need to settle down........ pm's will be responded too
