Hate those toothy critters. They seem to be everywhere, the last few trips jigging for kingfish with 7 anglers on board i think we lost about 15 jigs per trip because of them and that equates to an average of about 2 per angler per trip. The worst for me was the first trip of the year where I alone lost 7 jigs and didn't even get a King.
