We reserve the right to update or change our copyright and privacy policy at any time in the future and will notify users of any alterations in advance through our forums. What is 'data'? Data is considered to be any information, images or contributions to our site. Any information on this site is NOT to be used by any commercial or non profit organisations without prior consent from fishwrecked.com owners. The data we collect will not be used for financial gain in any circumstance unless a formal written agreement has been made between the contributor and fishwrecked.com. Information from other sites will be accepted at fishwrecked.com as long as the sites terms and conditions aren’t breached in the process. WE ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR OUR USERS ACTIONS ON THIS WEBSITE.

If you have a problem with any content or ‘data’ on this site you can report it to Support and it will be immediately investigated and resolved.

Email addresses are confidential and are only accessible by the site technical advisor and will not be used by third parties or anyone at fishwrecked.com, unless you forget your password and specifically request us to send you a new one. You are able to edit any of your personal contact details or account settings by selecting my account and submitting the changes. Yahoo and Hotmail e-mail accounts will be accepted to gain membership to our site. Site Rules
We encourage participation on this site and accept that everyone has an opinion and are able to express them as long as it is not an attack on another person, racially prejudiced, sexually offensive or deemed as unacceptable behaviour by the site moderators. This will be controlled by a three strike policy where you will be warned about your conduct and if a third warning is necessary your account will be suspended and potentially banned depending upon severity, as deemed by the site moderators. Any information or images which are deemed illegal will result in an immediate ban and if necessary the appropriate authorities will be contacted.

If you are offended by images which contain blood, gaff shots or cleaned fish then we strongly suggest that you don't register for this site as it is a part of fishing that often can't be avoided. If you are unhappy with any content then please report it to us and we will decide whether it should be removed.

Advertising
To advertise on fishwrecked.com, please contact us with your details and a description of your product, service or website. Any breach will incur a warning with a deletion of the content and further breaches will result in automatic deletion of your account.
