What a great piece of Aussie speak - "The shiela" Seem sto be less fashionable in the days of political correctness which is a bummer.
Wogs, dings, daygoes, slopes, smackheads, towel heads, POMS, - all part of Australian jargon now put to rest so as to not offend others even in jest / mateship.
