Me and Rockpom had a good day Friday but the weather man needs a good smack in the head as the forcast of 2-4 knots was out by about 15 knots!Rockpom has been renamed BONG as he kept getting smoked by monsters!

Jay the meat was as clean as
Jay the meat was as clean as any shark I have ever cut and had no smell at all.
The flesh was spot on but a little soft and will have a chew during the week!
I was expecting real bloody flesh but what blood that was there stayed in a ridge and I simply cut it away as you do with the flesh on a queenie!
