A Day Out With The Rutar!
Was lucky enough to get out early today with Goatrutar and is nephew Sam this morning for a few hours fishing. Although the weather didnt fair the best, the fishing was certainly better.
Fortunately we didnt have to venture out far today and hit a spot not far out the back off Garden Island passed on by Rockpom, which certainly produced the goods. It wasnt that long a day on the water either fishing no longer than around 7-11.
We also saw a good congregation of birds which were obviously gathering in around a school of southern blue fin. Of which amongst there was also a good sized shark having a feed, possibly a bronzie of around 7-8 feet.
