I will have a dig around but the last time I did it, it was a bit of trial and error.
I will do a batch with 15-20 crays once the whites run down here and flick you through the blend.
Those big crays up north have the best leg meat cooked on the bbq with some curry powder added for flavour.
I've got to stop talking about this as I'm dribbeling on the keyboard!
