That was caught on bait, a whole scaly mack set as a free floater. That thing went nuts for 14m of water, gave some serious head shaking drag runs.

Thats all we were fishing, the slightest little bit of lead to get the down from the muttons, but enough to keep them off the bottom and in the current. It is where most of our success has been coming from in the metro area lately. Can't wait until Exmouth and setting a few drift baits down the water column with the endless possibilities of what may take..... mmmmmmm...

Just remember to hold on up there or a bustoff it will be :)))

KC and I did 6 hours on Sunday for bugger all

Out at the usual spot mate, I dropped one early on in the piece too. The sambo's were in numbers and followed up wrasse caught on snapbacks, the light gear was way underkill.
