I'm keen to go try for one my self, boating doesn't look to good at this stage, but the ASI or the North Mole seem to be the place to try if you can handle the winds and the rain.

Mate....wetter the better...less riff raff out on the stones....lol
Just talking to skinny...tackle shack....he has been out in the sound as well...no luck.

But we might give it a go on Saturday Night.....looks good on 'Seabreeze'
little birdie told me Bubbles was a good spot on Friday afternoon....but that tip came from a fisherman....

We were going to try the sound on Sunday as it was a new moon but the wind was just too strong and not worth the hassle..

Rumour has it that the 16-18th are meant to be good days in regards to moons and tide for the snapper to start moving around a bit more.. Also good days to chase the elusive mulloway, won't be long before they hit the lower parts of the river and a few of the wrecks..

How come every body says I looked wasted in this photo....

It was 2 in the morning and I was so gob smaked that I actually got a bloody pinkie off northmole...

plus the salt spray was bad as well

Must have been the flash then, I know how that can affect some photos.. Maybe you should try and turn the red eye reduction down, works sometimes. Hehehe  ;)
