Abrolhos Management Plans released

I havent fully read them yet, got about 30 pages in and learnt that there were some islands west of my house with shacks, fish farms and lobster.
Pretty padded out with fluff...

 I wrote to Minister Whitby

I wrote to Minister Whitby several months ago and ask several questions about the Shoalwater Marine Park Management Plan as it is 5 years overdue for review. It also has several actions in the plan that have not been done. The Penguin population when declared a marine park in 2007 had an estimated population of 2000 pairs now it is down to just 200 single penguins. No reviews no audits no action. Minister replied back "We have other PRIORITIES" The Marine Park is in worse condition now than when declared, water quality is worse, seaweed loss up to 80% in areas and Penguin numbers plummeting.
