AFL Top 8 Fun Comp

Mates did this and it was a little fun. As we have a tipping comp already from Gilly just do this as fun, or we can get some money together for a end of season prize.
Pick your top 8 teams. Place them in order.
Place getters score points like this, 10, 8, 6, 5, 4,3,2,1.
If you predict a team to come 2nd, and they come 1st you still get the ten point. So realy a top 8 predictor. But if you get a team in the correct spot the points double.
Whoever ends up with the most points win.
Fun even if just bragging rights

Can only see you winning 12 or so games Andy might not be enough. Haft your team are soft cocks and prone to injuries. Harder this year and to be honest Freo might not figure to high up the ladder. Next year will be better for us when the two star recruits roll up. Just think the toothless ones might be the big improvers as you were last year. And Paully are you alright ? Who is too old? Take out the oldest two, who we have shown we can play without quite effectively over the last couple of years and the average age drops significantly. Everyone seems to forget the age of some of our young guns, fyfe, neale, bennell, hill, ballantyne, walters.
But its good to know we're getting written off again this year. About this time last year people were saying 6th and below, not going to make the eight... blah blah blah.
Suppose i would rather people have us on the slide rather than the expectation of being the next hawthorn.

Was thinking about keeping a running score. But would use a spreadsheet to do that. And I am NO Excel etc expert. If there is anyone on here that is good at Excel and can do a spreadsheet that would calculate this we can have a running tally. The first few weeks would be interested.
