what do you mean by "in a
what do you mean by "in a glass frame"?
Air rifles are licenced same as any firearm nowadays unfortunately, so its a drawnout process to buy one-working or not

You used to be able to buy
You used to be able to buy 22's , shot guns etc at Kmart but they all require licensing. All air rifles require licensing and just because Kmart used to sell them 30 years ago doesn't mean they are a toy. Penalties for unlicensed firearms are high.

could be bull, but i heard
could be bull, but i heard that you can buy 'bb-guns/air guns overseas and import them hassle free if they are all sealed up in a "display case" (which can be easily reopened once in the country). also heard that importing paintball guns as paintball markers makes getting them through customs a breeze-because they are markers, not guns/firearms. this was 5-10 years ago so the government has probably cottoned onto it by now???
as mentioned above, the only legal way you will get any sort of factory made firearm nowadays is with a license
Good things come to those who bait.

I dont think a glass case
Would make any difference, if the idea that there in a case means there display items, then they would need to have there barrel welded up, rendered inocuous I think. Not sure if you still need a licence for them in that condition , think they are refered to/ were refered to as curios. Also - I think youll find that a paintball marker is classed as a firearm.

Yep As Other have said you
Yep As Other have said you need to have a current fireams license and apply for an addtion. Air rifles, shot guns and rimfire rifles all fall under a "category a" firearm" To my knowlege paintball guns are the same. Strict penalistes apply for have an unlicnsed firearm.

I think it's concerning
I think it's concerning that, if you cannot manage to spell the name of said rifle correctly, the way you are trying to obtain it should be the least of peoples worries....
