common

Very common mate, happens every year usually when the bar is about to break.  Good to see that the increased size limit is starting to show results though!

Can't wait to get down and have a go! Does it happen around the same time each year? More than once a year. My cousin is moving down that way so hopefully he will be able to give me the heads up.

You picted the perfect time to hit 'the inlet' - good haul of snapper mate and killer bream Tongue out.

Heard there is a LOT of pinkies pulled from Wilson at the mo!

Cheers lads, yeah it was

Cheers lads, yeah it was absolutly unbelievable fishing, and we were soooooooo lucky just to stumble onto it. I imagine there were quiet a few pulled out that day, i mean in the time we were there there would have been around 70-80 people come and go and everyone seemed to be getting there 4 then going home. So with that sort of math thats an absolute s#*tload of snapper. Think it will be one of those once in a lifetime things for me!

Was a shame i wasnt there to see them open up the mouth, spoke to some surfers that kept coming up to the lookout and they said they were all waiting for it to open so they could ride the waves as the water rushed out. Would have been an awesome sight!
