whats the go on catching salmon in metro waters from the rock walls and beaches.. i only know by using live herring under a balloon from the cliffs down south>
went down hamelin bay today chasing a few whales, er i mean salmon. no luck on that front unfortunately, i did see one school arond cosy corner, got a couple follows but no takers before thay moved on and out of sight, but they were thumpers of salmon, looked like submarines. talking to some other fishos, last weekend some guys cleaned up at hamelin, and heard of another group catching 55 between them around the lighthouse area in dunsborough...
