Any tilers out there? Work available!!

Hi guys,
The house is in lock-up stage at the moment and looking to get approx. 100m2 done..looking at 600x600 tiles.
The best quote I've received so far is $38/m2 including glue...can anyone here beat that? I'd prefer to support a fellow fishwrecked member than not ;)
If you can, let us know cos I've got to sign up for it by tomorrow!! (End of Financial year)
