big golden ponds trout

got this guy last week on a black bread fly on my new 4weight
it was just a matter of picking through the small ones
hooked one that was a bit bigger but it spat the fly on his second run around the dam

whats it like down there at the moment? i was there a few months ago and the water was green and i couldnt even work a lure properly with out it getting weeded up.

the water wasnt very clear and i was use fly and my mate was using celtas so we stayed well clear of the bottom
